Submit your request for refund.

Before submitting the form please make sure you have the correct information:
(you should be able to positively answer all the questions below)

 
• Have you finalised the purchase of your ticket on gulfair.com?
• Have you selected the lowest available fare for your chosen flight?
• Do all your flight codes start with GF and the flight numbers are all lower than 3000?
• Is the itinerary you have found elsewhere for the same flight identical to the one you've purchased?
• Is the cheaper fare at least BHD 5.000 (USD 13.26 or equivalent amount in other currency) lower than     the one you paid?
• Have you found the competing fare on a web site and NOT with a "physical" travel agent or call center?
• Are you sending the notification before midnight (local time in the city of origin of your trip) on the date     of purchase?

Please note that at a later stage you might be requested to provide proof of the cheaper quote in the form of a screenshot of the fare quote page in the competitor web site. Therefore we recommend you to take one and keep it for future reference. Here is how to take a screenshot:
  • Under Windows pressing Ctrl+PrtScr a screen image will be copied to the clipboard you can then paste it in an email or you favourite text editor.
  • Under Mac OS X pressing Apple+Shift+3 the screenshot will be saved as a new file on your desktop. You can then attach it to an email.
